1.Is it safe to shop with Bumplook?

Your order will be accepted in good faith and, most importantly, your satisfaction is what we want. We have accepted many of the most trusted online payment methods.

2.What is the status of my order?

If you would like to know the status of your order, check the Order History section in your account.

3.Can I modify or adjust my order?

No. To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make any changes after it has been placed, including address changes.

4.What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently only accept Paypal. 

5.Will I be charged customs duties, taxes, VAT or other additional fees?

bumplook will not charge you any fees apart from the products we sell and ship. In some special cases, your local post office may charge additional duties, taxes or VAT. If you have any questions about these charges, please contact your local post office.

6.How can I track the delivery of orders?

Go to Orders in the Me section and select Order Tracking.
For tracking issues, contact customer service with your registered email and/or order number via Contact Us in your order account. We’ll respond within 24 hours.

7.How can I make a return?

If you are not 100% satisfied,  You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Check out our Return Policy for more details.
