In order to ensure customers' shopping experience, we have always strictly required our product quality and quality control. Although we hope you will like our products, if you are not completely satisfied with the purchased products, we are ready to help you.

Return Eligibility 

7-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.  
 Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.  

Non-Returnable Items 
 For hygiene/safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:  
 Underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry  ,Customized/personalized products  
 Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)  

 How to Initiate a Return 

Contact Support within 7 days: Email [service@bumplook.com] with your order number and reason for return.  
Get Approved: We’ll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization (RMA) and instructions.  
Ship It Back: Send the item to our warehouse (address provided). For exchanges, specify the new size/color.  

 Return Shipping & Costs

Free Returns: We cover return shipping for defective/wrong items.  
Customer-Paid Returns: Buyer pays return shipping for non-defective items.  
Tracking Required: Use a trackable shipping method (we’re not responsible for lost returns).  

Refund Process  

Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.  
Method: Refunded to your original payment method. Bank processing may take 5-10 additional days.  
Exceptions: Sale/discounted items may be refunded to store credit.  

Exchanges 

Exchanges are free for size/color changes (if stock allows).  
Customer covers shipping costs for non-defective exchanges.  

Order Cancellations 

Within 24 Hours: Free cancellation if order hasn’t shipped.  
After 24 Hours: 20% cancellation fee applies (unless already shipped).  
Shipped Orders: Cannot be canceled but may be returned upon delivery.  

International Returns  

Customers are responsible for:  Return shipping costs  
Customs/duties for rejected shipments  

Damaged/Defective Items  

Report issues within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement/refund. Include photo proof.
