Return Eligibility
7-Day Hassle-Free Returns
Most items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Expedited shipping fees and other optional shipping upgrades are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry
• Customized or personalized products
• Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact service@bumplook.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping the item back.
Return Shipping & Costs
• We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns, including sizing issues, personal preference, change of mind, or no longer needing the item.
• Customers must use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Process
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Your financial institution may require additional processing time.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size or color changes, subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with non-defective exchanges.
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours if they have not been shipped.
• A 20% cancellation fee may apply after 24 hours.
• Shipped orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned after delivery.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any return-related charges associated with non-defective international returns.
Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or similar charges incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
